“Sfinksi” is Albanian for “the Sphinx” — a symbol of the Egyptian heritage of the community. The full name means “Association of the Egyptian Minority of Albania for Development and Integration”.

To contribute to the development, empowerment and social integration of the Egyptian minority community in Albania.

The Egyptian minority community in Albania, while remaining open to dialogue with all communities.

Community participation, education, youth, cultural heritage, social inclusion, women’s participation, access to information and volunteering.
06How does the association promote social inclusion?+
Through awareness of rights, respectful dialogue between communities, and helping people access information and opportunities.

Yes. We believe integration should never require people to give up their identity.
