Organizational Structure
The association is governed in line with its statute and applicable Albanian legislation on nonprofit organisations.
General Assembly
The highest decision-making body, made up of the association’s members. It sets direction and approves key decisions and reports.
Board of Directors
Oversees the implementation of decisions and the association’s activities between assemblies.
President / Chairperson
Represents the association and leads its governing bodies.
Secretary
Maintains records, minutes and official correspondence.
Administrative & Program Coordination
Coordinates day-to-day administration and the planning of programme activities.
Financial Oversight
Ensures that resources are used responsibly and in line with the association’s purpose.
Leadership and Organizational Responsibility
Shoqata “Sfinksi” recognises the importance of clear responsibilities, appropriate oversight, transparent decision-making, and compliance with applicable Albanian nonprofit regulations.
The association’s governing bodies and authorised representatives are responsible for guiding its direction, overseeing its activities, and ensuring that its work remains consistent with its legal purpose and institutional objectives.
